Company can send promote services, offers, product information or any other communications through sms, mail ,call to contact information provided by all free or paid users.
Under free account, the users will get the alerts and reminder communications on single number only, for each extra reminder mobile number, email there may be extra charges.
Gadimalik.com has the right print/show gadimalik.com logo /info or ads of other companies/products/promoters/offers for all free/paid users for income/promotion or for customer promotion offer.
All the communications, transactions, payment and any other processes should/will be done through gadimalik.com website or mobile app platform only and the details of users / company, vehicles will be shares only on the prior / written permission of the company.
Advance payments will not be refundable once the user account is activated or the portal is used by the user/company.
No monetary/payment related transactions should/will be done outside gadimalik.com platform/company account. If done should be notified to the company and only written transaction/permission if permitted by the gadimalik.com will be valid or will be responsibility of the company.
No confidential data like vehicle information ,details,certifications,documents will be shares /used or provided to any third party/company/vendor company until as opted the service or offer, product, service or permitted by vehicle owner company
For all free users, gadimalik.com will not be responsible for any data storage if teh free account is closed or discontinued by gadimalik or user itself.
Although the software are services are free to use for specified or limited time period, still the gadimalik.com can levy/charge some fees/charges like convenience fees , sms charges, processing charges, handling charges, platform fees, server charge or any other charges as specified or not specified or will be specified under plans or signup will be applicable and the user has to pay at the start / prior activation to continue or start the service usage.
We welcome all type of companies/users and expect any unauthorised usage of the website services for which gadimalik.com reserves the right for any legal actions.
